Patient safety is our first priority!
Our infection control protocols have always met or exceeded the recommendations of the American Dental Association, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and OSHA. However, in these extraordinary times, we have added the following equipment or procedures:
1. Call the office when you arrive. Please remain in your car until called that your treatment room has been disinfected and is ready for you.
2. Please enter the office wearing a mask. A touchless forehead temperature scan will be performed. You will be provided hand sanitizer and surgical gloves and taken directly into your treatment room (no sitting in the reception area!). Any companions are asked to remain outside the office.
3. You will be asked to rinse with an antiviral/bacterial mouth wash prior to any procedure.
4. Your treatment will then be performed as efficiently as possible.
These protocols have been adopted to ensure your health and that of our staff. We are confident that by following them, we will be able to provide your dental treatment in the same caring and safe environment that we have always maintained.
